Fairy Door Workshop

Create your own enchanting hand built fairy door using simple, guided techniques in this relaxed workshop. You'll learn how to shape, decorate and personalise your fairy door, adding your own creative touches to make it truly one of a kind.

Workshop Details

• Approximately 2 hours
  
• Includes all tools, clay, firing and clear glaze
• Glazing- we recommend booking in to paint your door once it has been fired
• Your fairy door will be ready for collection in approximately 6 weeks, I will email once it is ready for collection

What to bring

Just yourself! You’re welcome to bring a drink, or snacks to enjoy while you create. Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy. We also recommend trimming your fingernails before the workshop. 

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Spaces are limited and bookings are essential. Bookings are non-refundable however you are able to transfer your booking to another person if you cannot attend. Please let us know their details before the workshop.

Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If Clay Space needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a choice of a full refund or a transfer to another workshop date.

The Nature of Handmade Ceramics

Ceramics is a handmade process and, while every care is taken, there are times when pieces may crack, warp or become damaged during drying, gazing or firing. These are natural risks or working with clay and are often beyond anyone’s control.

By booking a workshop, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Refund, credits or replacements cannot be offered for pieces that are damaged or do not survive the ceramic process.
